Baking Sourdough at Home
Learn the basics of sourdough baking. This class will guide you through a no-knead method of baking. Participants will learn how to shape, fold and score a loaf, how to take care of your starter, and what to do with leftover starter. You’ll take home strong sourdough starter, a loaf to bake at home, a packet of recipes and a proving basket! You will also leave with the knowledge and confidence you need to start baking sourdough at home regularly.

Focaccia Made Easy
Golden Brown & Soft and Chewy, focaccia is a crowd pleaser, but pizza is close to our hearts too! Learn the ins and outs of these Italian delights, so you can impress your friends at your next gathering. Participants will take home a loaf of Focaccia to bake the following day, plus a recipes for seasonally flavored focaccia and delicious dips!

Basic Yeasted Breads
Discover the delights of bread baking! In this class participants will learn how to make lightly enriched, yeasted bread dough that can become a soft sandwich loaf, rolls or english muffins. You’ll also create a compound butter, for a flavorful addition. We will cover the basics of kneading and rising dough, as well as shaping and flavoring. Participants will take home their own dough to bake the following day, their compound butter, and a packet of information and recipes.

Brioche Cinnamon Rolls
Learn how to make soft, buttery and delicious brioche dough that you can roll into beautiful pinwheels of cinnamon and sugar in this hands-on class. Learn all the tips and tricks to making delicious overnight brioche cinnamon rolls, cinnamon swirl bread, and other brioche dough based delights. Participants will get to taste delectable treats and take home 9 cinnamon buns (with icing ingredients) to bake the next day as well as a packet of recipes and info! (Please bring a 9x13 baking vessel or 2 smaller baking pans)
